The sales process is a no pressure, low key, call us if you have any questions process. Once the doors were selected it is a long wait (10-16 weeks depending on door selected) however the follow up in selecting a stain and ‘touching base’ was great. Once the door arrived we were thrilled with the quality of the door. Heavy, solid, high quality wood. Finally, the installation. It was the icing on the cake. Very professional, clear in communication excellent craftsmanship in installing.
